Yamaha Vietnam Company was established on 1st April 1999, according to Investment License No. 2029 / GP. The company was built in Trung Gia Commune, Soc Son District, Ha Noi. This is a joint venture of three companies: Yamaha Motor company of Japan (46%), Vietnam Forestry Corporation and Co Do Mechanical Factory (30%), Hong Leong Industries Berhad Malaysia (24%) with legal capital of USD24,250,000.
