[Đã đi] Tìm bạn đồng hành mùa thu Nhật: Hokkaido - Tokyo (25/10 - 04/11)

Hi cả nhà,
Chả là tớ vừa có visa Nhật nhưng các bạn đi cùng lại rớt nên thành ra tớ đi một mình :cry::cry::cry:
Nếu bạn nào cũng có ý định đi Nhật tự túc mùa thu này thì cùng đi với mình cho đỡ lạc trôi nhen ^^ Hồi xưa toàn đi một mình thôi chả sao hết ý mà càng già càng sợ cô đơn cơ heheeee

Chi phí tớ tính tầm 30tr all in. Tớ đã mua vé máy bay SGN - CTS, NRT - SGN
Lịch trình
DAY 1: TOYAKO
- 8:40 am: Arrive at Sapporo, Shin-Chitose Airport
- 9am-11am: Take train and bus to Lake Toya
- 12am: Check-in Hotel and rest
- 3pm-7pm: Sightseeing around Lake Toya, take bus to Sobetsu Park Plum Garden (880 yen/pax, 15 mins from toyako onsen station)
- 8:45pm: Watch fireworks in Lake Toya

DAY 2: TOYAKO
- 8am: Take bus to Mountain Usu (http://usuzan.hokkaido.jp/en/gallery/autumn)
- 8am-12pm: Take the Ropeway to Lake Toya Observation Deck and Usu Crater Basin Observation Deck
- 12pm-3pm: Back to Hotel by bus
- 3pm-5pm: Take taxi to Lake Hill Farm (350 yen/gelato icecream, 12 mins driving from hotel)
- 5pm: Have dinner and rest

DAY 3: [TOYAKO - JOZANKEI - SAPPORO]
- 7am: Check-out hotel & take bus to Jozankei, transport by bus within Jozankei
- 8am-11am: Visit Futami Park and Jozankei Futami Suspension Bridge (二見吊橋 )
- 11am -12am: Fruit picking at Jozankei Farm
- 12am-5pm: Visit Hoheikyo Dam & Hoheikyo Onsen (http://www.hoheikyo.co.jp/en/spa/index_e.html (JPY 1000/pax)
- 6:30pm: Take bus to Sapporo & check-in APA hotel in SapporoDAY 4: [SAPPORO - TOKYO]
- 8am-10am: Take JR train (metro) to Ginkgo Avenue at Hokkaido University, Sapporo TV Tower
- 12pm: Back to hotel & Check-out hotel
- 12pm-3pm: Take metro to Maruyama Park (sightseeing around & visit Hokkaidō Shrine inside the park)
- 4pm: Take train to Tokyo & check-in Do-c Ebisu hotel in Tokyo

DAY 5: [TOKYO]
- 8am - 12pm: Take train to JR Yamanote Line to Harajuku (原宿) station. Visit Meiji Shrine (明治神宮) and the ginkgo tree avenue in Aoyama Street. Head into nearby Yoyogi Park to see maples and ginkgo trees, walk to Takeshita Dori, Omotesando, Shibuya.
- 12pm - 5pm: Take Access Narita bus to Tokyo Station. Walk to the Imperial Palace, Outer Park, Ginza, Marunouchi
- 5pm-9pm: Back to hotel for sauna & dinner

DAY 6: [NIKKO]
- 6am: Take the earliest train to Nikko
- 8:30am-12pm: Take bus to Shinkyo Bridge, Rinnoji Temple, Toshogu Shrine
- 12pm - 5pm: Take bus to Kegon Waterfall, Lake Chuzenji & Ryuzu Waterfall
- 6:30pm: Take train back to Tokyo

DAY 7: [FUJI FIVE LAKES]
- 7am-10am: Take Highway bus to Lake Kawaguchi, hop on/off around the lake on Red Line sightseeing bus
- 11am: Take Green Line sightseeing bus to Iyashi No Sato village at stop 68
1. eat handmade soba noodles
2. rent kimonos and samurai costumes: 1000 yen each (best deal)
3. see the traditional Japanese huts & Mt Fuji from a different vantage point.
- 11am-5pm: Take train to Chureito Pagoda (忠霊塔) is a five storied pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji off in the distance. The pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was built as a peace memorial in 1963 nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine's main buildings.
- 6pm: Back to Tokyo

DAY 8:[TOKYO - FLYING TO TAIPEI- ARRIVING AT 3PM]
-8am: Check-out hotel and go to the airport
- 11:45am: Flying from Tokyo to Ho Chi Minh City, transit in Taipei
- 5pm: Walk to YongKang Street, home to the original Din Tai Fung and mango shaved ice, flakey scallion pancakes and world famous beef noodle soup. Get to Taipei 101.DAY 9: [TAIPEI]
- 9am: Get to CKS Memorial Hall and check out the changing of guards in the main hall.
- 4:30 pm: When it’s almost sunset, head to Elephant Mountain (take the MRT 1 station to XiangShan). This hike is pretty short, only about 20 minutes up well worn stair steps to the beautiful Six Boulders Scenic Point to see the city fade from golden hour into a neon night landscape.
- 7pm: Dinner at Raohe Night Market. It’s smaller and a little less crowded than Shilin, and much easier to navigate since it basically follows a single street. This night market is known for medicinal pork soup, but also has a great selection of other famous Taiwanese street eats.

Rest and flight home
